Web designers who want to jump off the Web unit of production is large. ??????????????????!

I have. always freelanced as a web designer, and may have a chance. Worked at large advertising agencies. sorta nervous about the culture and role, so I was wondering if I would comment about the type of strength I might need to develop as Strong project management. (Learn to use basecamp!) So I've held on the client side as Marketing Manager, Web and before freelanced – but in very small size. Anyone who has experienced similar. Or comments I'd love to hear from you.

Work unit is fun and rewarding as long as you like and respect the creative director. Currently agencies pay top dollar. For lighting design. The best place to start is to contact Creative Director at large agencies and ask for an interview. They want to see your work online to create a work. In addition to helping agencies love to get new customers, so if any Customers of the freedom you are willing to take a new division of course they will hire you.
